Our Client are looking for a Business Manager who is a proven performer and able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to work successfully under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be responsible for incremental F+ I income along with the sales of GAP and other value added products in line with the Company KPI’s. You will be responsible for FCA compliance and will work with the General Sales Manager to ensure the sales process is driven forward with 100% referral. This will be achieved through the mentoring and coaching or your own individual team of sales executives to ensure all revenue channels have been maximised. You will measure and monitor your performance with accurate logging and reporting of figures to senior management. The successful candidate is likely to be working in a similar role within another prestigious marque.
