Service Advisor – Bridgwater

Our client, a franchise LCV & passenger car dealership group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their dealership in Bridgwater.

This is an additional request given the success and volumes of business last year( that they won a Manufacturer award for) and ongoing this year so far.

The primary responsibilities of the role include;  receiving and assisting customers, advising on vehicle repairs, warranties and services, initiating job documentation, maintaining customer records and follow up systems and receiving and registering payments for work carried out.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and a positive and professional attitude. Additionally, you will need to be self motivated, pro-active, organised and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Applicants should be computer literate, and have the ability to deal accurately with a high level of record keeping and documentation.  Proven ability in a similar role is essential in order to be considered for this key front of house role.

In return the company offer a competitive remuneration package for the right candidate, that comprises of a very competitive basic and a profit share scheme based on budgeted performance that can rise to an additional 30% plus own incremental payments for upselling.
