Service Advisor – Motor Trade
My client, an independently owned franchised Dealer Group is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Bristol.
The primary responsibilities of the role include; receiving and assisting customers, advising on vehicle repairs, warranties and services, initiating job documentation, maintaining customer records and follow up systems and receiving and registering payments for work carried out.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and a positive and professional attitude. Additionally, you will need to be self motivated, pro-active, organised and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be computer literate, and have the ability to deal accurately with a high level of record keeping and documentation. Previous experience within the Service Department is essential.
