Our client, a multi-franchise dealership group is seeking a New & Used Car Sales Executive to join their established team in Newport.
This represents a great opportunity for someone as given the variety of brands, used car stock and regular advertising of these and the use of social media and video means that essentially there would be a car to suit every customers needs and budget.
There is a generous and rewarding pay plan( which we have seen), that would create a good package for anyone who can do profitable numbers, financed where appropriate and a suite of add – ons. There is also a holiday commission built into this which is relatively rare with a lot of comparable roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to sell quality vehicles and associated products within a highly motivated and structured sales process environment.
The Role:
To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description.
To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.
To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Company.
The Person:
This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:
Have an outstanding record of sales achievement
Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis
Be able to work within a defined sales process environment
Have good administration skills
Have an understanding of database management
