Our client is looking to recruit two experienced Service Advisors to join a busy franchised Dealership in the Bridgwater area.
This is part of a very large and successful national group who actually won a national award from the Manufacturer last year for after sales performance and customer satisfaction.
The primary responsibilities of the role include; receiving and assisting customers, advising on vehicle repairs, warranties and services, initiating job documentation, maintaining customer records and follow up systems and receiving and registering payments for work carried out.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and a positive and professional attitude. Additionally, you will need to be self motivated, pro-active, organised and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be computer literate, and have the ability to deal accurately with a high level of record keeping and documentation. Proven ability in a similar role would be a distinct advantage

The contract is based on a 46 hour working week on a rota with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
