They require additional “Dealer Development Managers” nationally.
The role of a “Dealer Development Manager” is primarily to implement the initial training and installation of our compliant process and procedures into our motor dealership Appointed Representatives.
Support post implementation will be to carry out regular visits to the dealerships, to monitor and maintain the compliance and regulatory standards within the dealerships sales departments.
The client pride themselves on the ability to talk the dealer’s language and understand their business, therefore the successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following…
- A Logical career path in the retail motor industry for a minimum 6 years
- Accomplished in the sales of motor vehicles
- Held the position of Sales or Business Manager in a retail motor dealership
- The ability to confidently deliver and present in-dealership training programs
As our systems are web based, IT literacy is a pre-requisite, basic computing skills in Microsoft products i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook being essential.
Whilst this role will require extensive regional travel with potential overnight stays, it is a 5 day a week position with no weekends or bank holidays.
