Our client, a dual brand franchise motor dealership group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead one of the brands at their successful dealership in Weston Super Mare.
This is a well-established and fast moving operation with more development planned and the importance of this appointment means that previous experience of running a franchise business is essential for this role.
In order to be considered you will have previous experience as a Sales / Transaction Manager looking for the next stage in your career. Either way you must be able to demonstrate career stability within the Automotive Industry, with a real ability to generate profit. The ideal candidate will be an articulate leader who can motivate a small team and work to a process ensuring that the business is customer and profit focused. You will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved at all levels of the business, in short you will lead from the front.
The successful candidate will have full profit and loss responsibility for the business, and have a particular emphasis on the continued improvement of the sales department, driving both customer service levels and profitability.
